One photographer, one standard
No rotating cast of subcontractors. I capture and deliver every shoot myself: the same eye, the same edit, the same accountability, every time.
I've been in real estate since 2006 — first as a licensed agent, then as the marketing lead overseeing the sale of bank-owned properties through the recession. That work earned me Sales & Marketing recognition from the Wall Street Journal and Realtor.com, and it's where I learned what actually moves a listing.
When the bank-owned market wound down, I launched Virtual Tours Las Vegas in 2010. I've shot thousands of properties, from one-bedroom condos to mansions with indoor basketball gyms. Along the way, I was the photographer for the Zillow Offers program in Las Vegas (that program ended in 2021), and I provided Matterport services for builders like Lennar Homes.
Once, I shot HDR photos and 360s for eight houses in a single day. I've also spent two straight days documenting a single mansion. Every property gets the same standard: straight walls, real colors, no blown-out windows.
I shoot on a mirrorless DSLR, hold a Part 107 drone license, and am a Google Street View Trusted photographer. I still hold my real estate license too, and started the business with my wife Michelle Sproul, a licensed Realtor. I understand listings because I've been on that side of the desk.
