Do you charge a travel fee for North Las Vegas?
No. North Las Vegas is part of the Las Vegas Valley (about 20–30 minutes from my central base, ~10 miles north), so standard shoots there carry no travel surcharge. Outlying areas beyond the valley are quoted case by case.
What's the turnaround time for North Las Vegas photography?
Standard delivery is the same as everywhere I shoot: HDR photos and Matterport 3D tours in 24–48 hours, and floor plans within 48 hours. Rush next-morning delivery is available.
Can you fly a drone in North Las Vegas?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and handle the airspace authorizations required in the Las Vegas area. North Las Vegas sits under Nellis Air Force Base and North Las Vegas Airport airspace. All drone work here is flown under FAA Part 107 with LAANC authorization; some zones require altitude limits that Mike plans around when quoting aerial shots.
